VRG Properties is a collective of two Bellabay Realty Top Producing Agents. Arthur Vachon began his career in 2001 as a Real Estate Investor. After taking classes to become a licensed Realtor®, Arthur thought he could take his investment portfolio to the next level. After building a very successful career, receiving numerous awards and recognition, Arthur convinced his oldest son to join him in what has now become VRG Properties. Caleb Vachon, having been molded into a high performing Realtor® has a natural, almost effortless pedigree. Although young by age, Caleb has been by his father's side since early childhood showing homes. He was made for this career and his 2 years of success proves just that!
